Essential Functions (Responsibilities):! t- J3 [  J9 b# e: X2 x' S" ~
- In Charge of all HR Functions in ShaoXing Plant and Shanghai Branch office, working closely with Plant Manager/ HRD (Italian) to strategically set the tone for the culture of the China sites’ facility and resolves various Human Resource issues:9 k  g( q* X3 {9 O
- Manage HR Planning and Recruiting, Interview and Selecting of employee to fill vacant positions utilizing the most cost effective methods
$ s0 Q) @7 @; F4 t5 Q% w5 a0 W- Develop, coordinate and roll out appropriate training and development programs
1 j! {: a. v" f  Z( A; e* w- Develop and implement a performance management process and work with Managers on resolving performance, staffing and training issues.
1 M9 O4 K" g% o  N- Responsible for Compensation and Pay structure, administer all salary and benefit programs, ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations.6 h' L3 p  ]  }
- Complete special projects/ Admin Jobs as assigned by General Manager.
$ @7 m( ~8 V! K; b- Staffing and Labour Relation, Improve the communication between management and employees
- J: c8 e$ r: a3 ]& A  q-In charge of Recruitment and staffing information of Shanghai Branch office6 Q8 r' i1 J! ?. Q' e
-Submit HR related reports on a timely basis to Plant Manager and Italy HRD as required.
" r/ v, Y" s" ^. T. W- Provide Professional HR support and value-added consultation to top management on daily business operations) T- k: u+ Y8 r! {7 Q  k

Qualifications / Requirements:% z* ]9 A) N6 ]
* O9 U; X9 t7 s
- B.S. / B.A. with minimum of 5 years of progressive human resource management experience.
) e( P; ?  c8 W& M' T2 R( p- Knowledge of Chinese Labor Law, local regulations regarding employment issues and related matters : }9 s6 X9 {1 |$ n. G& u
- Strong in resolving conflicts and handle multiple, ever-changing priorities in a fast paced environment
  e! I) Y$ Q$ {  L! o6 a, M8 N# Q! o- Structured, analytical way of working motivated and committed personality with teamwork, initiative, enforcement capacity, problem solving and routine use in the international environment./ Z: j# x$ G; o" O8 @( L. M$ S
- Languages: fluent English speaking
