• Providing recruiting administration and coordination in support of a group of in house recruiters;
# O. _$ U& N! H" |5 P/ q* o• Responsible for CV searching, CV screening, phone screening of candidates;& c" q2 W( c; G N9 W, D
• Arranges interviews for relevant parties and follow up administrative details, prepares presentations as needed;
: e0 {0 ~: J7 J• Participates in pre-employment background check and the on-board process for new hires, such as produce employment contracts, create employee files and maintain employee checklists with 100% accuracy;
1 D1 e- O- n5 L• Conducts related research; performs analyses and summarizes data to facilitate interpretation or to highlight key aspects/trends;
% i" z$ D$ ?5 r( Q: d• Completes special projects as required and provides back up to other recruitment team members as needed.9 \# p" y' U( X L

5 \0 Z/ Y8 u5 @; w- i: A# _• College or bachelor degree above;
: m5 y, s8 {% U. r( q7 e• Be good at reading/writing/Oral English and Mandarin;% b8 f- t8 J* x- D/ s0 R
• Strong experience with internet and intranet based ATS (applicant tracking) and HRIS systems, preferably (PeopleSoft)
, U# P1 z2 e# h: @" c# l ~/ l• Excellent in Word and Excel, strong analytical skill;% H8 s7 t$ V, \
• Responsible and reliable
